Love

As I sit here to write this post, I ponder on what else is there to say about love that hasn't already been said and reiterated.

But here is the thing, when it comes to picturing love, it is probably the single most personal thing one can capture, because we each have been touched by it in a very unique and special way. Love that is bigger than ourselves, love that endures time and hardship, love at first sight, and love found in the most ordinary moments.

As we decompress from the hoilidays and start our countdown to the new year, I want to invite you to look at your own precious life with the intent of capturing love that is real and that is simply yours. The love only you can feel and see, but that is also understood and felt universally.

Shoot, share, and then tuck that sweet love reminder forever in your heart.

Darling birthday girl -- I hope this year is full of love and affection for you, love and light, love, love, all forms of love. In December 2010, I compiled all the photographs of affection I had taken around the world that year. Sharing them with you now, and sending hugs: http://www.storiesofconflictandlove.com/2010/12/learning-lessons-of-love.html

Thank you for the post, I have a stone just like that which my son gave to me and Ive put it in my 'special box' which is also heart shaped, but I love that you have taken a photograph 'their heart is in your hands'
